Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials. Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised, customized, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange collection where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
